Abstract
In this study 37 taxa from Gökçeada Island and 23 taxa from Bozcaada Island belonging to 10 families (Alydidae, Lygaeidae, Coreidae, Miridae, Nabidae, Pentatomidae, Reduviidae, Rhopalidae, Scutelleridae and Tingidae) were determined during fieldworks in Gökçeada and Bozcaada between the years 1998 and 1999. Of these taxa, 11 taxa from Gökçeada and 13 taxa from Bozcaada are first records for these islands. Taxa recorded in both islands were compared in terms of similarity and differences with the faunas of Turkish Thrace and Anatolia and the neighbouring Greece and Bulgaria.
